These Terms govern your use of the Espresso Dial-In mobile application and this website (“the App” / “the Site”). By using either, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Espresso Dial-In helps you log espresso pulls on your device. Shot data is stored locally in the current product. An optional account is used for authentication and subscription entitlements. This website offers a waitlist and legal information; download links will appear when store builds are available.
2. Free tier and Pro
You may use a limited free allowance of billable pulls as described in the App. Beyond that, new billable pulls require Pro via Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date or access. We may email you about availability using the address you provide.
4. Accounts & content
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. You retain rights to content you create in the App. You grant us only limited rights needed to operate features you use.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The App and Site are provided “as is” for personal espresso logging. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the greater of amounts you paid for Pro in the prior 12 months or €50. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protections where you reside.
